How long does shipping take?

We are busy packing your order as we speak! We pride ourselves on fast and reliable delivery. Once your order is confirmed, your order will be packed with love by real humans and dispatched to post within 24 hours.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping to bring the joy of RE-CONNECT to humans worldwide. Wherever you are, we're committed to delivering the game to you. International Shipping rates are calculated at check out.

Can I track my order?

Yes! How exciting is the anticipation? Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey until it reaches your human hands.

What should I do if my package is damaged during shipping?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Simply contact our customer service humans [human@reconnect.global].

Can I exchange my RE-CONNECT purchase?

We get it. Sometimes preferences change or mistakes happen. If you wish to exchange your RE-CONNECT Conversation Cards for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our customer service humans will guide you through the process. [human@reconnect.global]

Please note: We are a start up. We only have one product right now. 'Exchanging' may be a store credit for our future products. Please return the product unused and unopened, in original packaging and in good condition. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

How do I initiate an exchange?

Speak to a friendly customer service human at RE-CONNECT - simply email us [human@reconnect.global] with the email subject title 'Exchange'.

What is your return policy?

The honest answer is - we are a start up with one product and our return policy will continue to evolve as our product offerings do. At this current time our returns policy is 14 days with a store credit issued. We promise you will be able to use that credit for good use in the future.

Who will be responsible for the return shipping costs?

The customer. You, you good human :)

How long do I have to request an exchange?

14 days friends. It is important for you to let us know within this time frame so we can organise your exchange promptly.

Can I exchange RE-CONNECT if I have opened it?

No. We are not able to offer exchanges to used products.

Can I exchange an item if it was a gift?

No - the customer will have to re-gift this great product to someone special. Pass it on if it's not your thing :)

What if I accidentally ordered the wrong item?

Hmm with one product we predict this won't happen often - but, if by chance you did some late night shopping you now regret please email us as soon as possible (Ideally within 12 hours) so we can rectify before we ship your order.
